the hotel arranged a convenient transfer directly. the pool facilities were good and the slides entertained the children. i found something to enjoy at breakfast.
the location has a hill. i found the staff to be rude. the hotel seemed overcrowded. there were long queues for lunch.

great location supportive manager amazing food
the location was great! it was near buses and the beach, i loved the lovely balcony. the guest service manager, borja, was very supportive to all guests! amazing breakfast and dinner were provided.
The lifts were not enough. They could not accommodate all the guests at the hotel!

I found my room super clean each day! the beds were very comfortable. staff were really good. the food variety exceeded my expectations. It was really good.
The queue for the lifts was a little long sometimes. It could be frustrating.

fantastic family getaway
convenient walk friendly team inflatables hit nice holiday
I stayed here from august 1st to august 6th, 2024 and it was amazing! the kids loved the pools with slides. A short walk to the beach was super convenient too. we even enjoyed the inflatables by reception! the entertainment team was friendly and, it was a nice family holiday.
the queue for the slides pool did form early, but honestly, it became part of the fun and excitement for the kids!

long lift waits undercooked meat
The hotel's location is quite convenient, as several shops are just outside.
The lifts proved to be a major issue. There were long waits, especially inconvenient given our room was on a high floor and we had a pushchair (I felt trapped at times!). The food quality was disappointing, and I often found the meat either undercooked or cold.
